Baker
Our Bakers are essential to the success of Au Bon Pain. They are highly skilled "baking" professionals who are responsible for the quality, consistency and integrity of our product.
Customer Service Representative
Front-line Customer Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring a total customer experience to include: excellent product preparation and knowledge; fast, friendly and accurate customer service; maintenance of product merchandising and a clean and safe café. We offer a fun, team-spirited environment.
Catering Call Center Representative
Responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service to our corporate catering clients to include: answering inbound calls, making menu recommendations and suggestions, coordinating order details with cafes, and problem solving.
Shift Supervisor
Entry level management responsible for supervising shifts (opening, mid, closing) – labor cost, food cost, proper cash handling procedures, company policies and procedures and consistently maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness and sanitation. Excellent career path into management positions - will train the right individual.
Associate Manager
Assist General Manager in all areas of the café operation to include: creating, training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety and cleanliness, adherence to all company policies and procedures. Qualified candidates must have 2-5 years of restaurant experience with excellent communication and leadership skills. Au Bon Pain will set you up for success with an excellent training program.
General Manager
Entrepreneurial restaurant leader responsible for the overall operations and financial performance of the café to include: full P&L responsibility; ensuring the highest standards and levels of customer service; hire, train, motivate and develop employees; coaching and counseling, merchandising, marketing and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Qualified candidates must have 4-6 years of restaurant experience with demonstrated results.
Area Director
Responsible for overall operations and financial performance for multi-unit operations. Ensure the implementation and integrity of standards, policies and procedures to deliver a positive total customer experience at all cafés. Provide leadership, direction and development to team members, leveraging individual strengths to ensure success of Company.
Must have excellent leadership skills, high volume multi-unit experience in the restaurant/food service/hospitality industry.
