From the Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike)

  • Take exit 25/South Boston (new tunnel.)
  • Stay to your left and follow Seaport Blvd. signs.
  • At second set of lights take a right onto Northern Avenue.
  • Follow to the end of the road (less than one mile.)
  • Take a left onto Tide Street.
  • Take a right onto Fid Kennedy Ave.
  • Au Bon Pain is third building on right. Offices are upstairs.

From Logan Airport via the Ted Williams Tunnel

  • Mass Pike I90W - Follow signs for South Boston
  • At end of tunnel take exit on right for Route 93
  • Take right for South Boston via exit 25
  • Bear right onto D Street
  • Go through 1 sets of lights (green glass building on right, hotel on left)
  • At end of the road turn right onto Northern Ave. (Bank of America Pavilion will be across from you)
  • Follow to the end of the road (less than one mile).
  • Take a left onto Tide Street.
  • Take a right onto Fid Kennedy.
  • Au Bon Pain is third building on right. Offices are upstairs.

FROM ROUTE 93 (The Expressway)

From the south (heading north):

  • Follow Route 93 North to Exit 14, onto Morrissey Boulevard.
  • Go past The Boston Globe on your left and at the rotary, take the first right onto Day Boulevard (the State Police station will be on your right).
  • Take a left onto "L" Street.
  • Go through six sets of lights and over a channel.
  • Take a right into Marine Industrial Park (Dry Dock Avenue).
  • Take second left onto Tide Street.
  • Take a right onto Fid Kennedy.
  • Au Bon Pain is third building on right. Offices are upstairs.

From the north (heading south):

  • Take Exit 22 (South Station.)
  • At the top of the exit ramp, take a left onto Summer Street.
  • Follow Summer St. eastbound for 1.25 miles.
  • Take a left into the Marine Industrial Park (Drydock Ave.)
  • Proceed straight, and take your second left onto Tide St.
  • Take a right onto Fid Kennedy Avenue.
  • Au Bon Pain is third building on right. Offices are upstairs.
